The Heart Behind the Table
For me, a cookie table is so much more than a dessert display – it’s the heartbeat of a celebration. My dedication to the craft has led me to become a proud member of the “Wedding Cookie Table Community”, a Facebook group of enthusiasts and experts dedicated to preserving this beautiful custom. Being part of this community has opened doors I never imagined, allowing me to represent our traditions on some of the biggest stages in the country:
The 20th Anniversary of 9/11
We were deeply honored to design a commemorative table to be shared by the families of the fallen and the President of the United States, in an open field at the crash site in Shanksville, Pennsylvania. It was a privilege to bring a touch of tradition and comfort to such a significant moment in our nation’s history.
WQED
We were humbled to provide a cookie table for the premier showing of the documentary titled “Homecoming”, honoring the story of Sgt. Vern Hamilton’s long journey home. We joined in the celebration that his family was able to have closure of his young life lost at war and finally found.

The TODAY Show
Sharing the beauty and scale of the cookie table tradition, highlighted as part of “Sisterhood” with a Valentine’s Day theme delivered to Rockefeller Center, NY, and shown to a national audience.

Cookie College (now Cookie Table University)
As a lead designer for one of the two 40-foot-long cookie tables, I have spent the last five years pushing the boundaries of event styling. I am currently working on my fifth signature flagship table for the Community and am honored to help set the gold standard for what a modern, luxury cookie display can achieve.
